Copenhagen Metro Map
The Copenhagen Metro (Danish: Københavns Metro) is a rapid transit system in Denmark serving Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, and Tørby. The 20.5 km (12.7-mile) system opened between 2002 and 2007, and has two lines, the M1 and M2, as you can see on the metro map Copenhagen. The driverless light metro complements the larger S-Train rapid transit system and integrates with DSB local trains and Movia buses.
From the city center and west to Frederiksberg, the M1 and M2 share a common line. To the southeast, the system serves Amager, with the 13.7 km (8.5 mi) M1 passing through the new neighborhood of Orestad, and the 14.2 km (8.8 mi) M2 serving the eastern neighborhood and Copenhagen Airport.
