Trumpet Fingering Chart
Trumpet-fingering chart can help in a clarinet, a flute, a saxophone, or a trumpet which has only three valves. And with the help of three valves, the modern trumpet player can produce 38 (or more) notes! Trumpet Fingering Chart helps to become a better trumpeter.
Once you have mastered the lip positions in Trumpet, you can move on to the trumpet fingering without seeing the trumpet. The easiest notes to start with Ttrumpet are C, D, E, F, and G. In Trumplet C is an open note, so you don’t need to press down any valves – it’s all in the lip position.
D is produced by pressing down the first and third valves. In Trumplet multiple notes may be produced by using finger alternative, which can make changing hand positions more effective in certain pieces of music. For example, any note you can play in position four (1st and 2nd valve depressed) you can also play with the 3rd valve only.
