- If necessary, the Birth Registration Certificate(Birth must be Registered within one year of its occurrence)in case of delayed Birth Registration Certificate (must be submitted along with an older copy of the competent Authority) Photocopy of the Birth Registration Certificate must be self-attested / by Gazetted Officer / by D.I. of Schools(S.E.). if a Corrected Birth Registration Certificate is produced, then its photocopy of the previous incorrect Birth Registration Certificate is to be produced as proof of correction(B.R.C.).
